Hi, I’m Tia, a 24-year-old mum to my beautiful 8-month-old baby boy & the hands behind every creation at my cake studio. I was raised in Italy, where my love for food and desserts first began. That passion eventually took me to the UK, where I worked as a pastry chef in a fine-dining restaurant, perfecting my craft and falling in love with the artistry of desserts.
After getting married, life brought me to Australia, where I’ve found the perfect balance between motherhood and creativity. Becoming a stay-at-home mum inspired me to finally pursue what I love most: creating bespoke cakes that blend elegance & flavour.
