Cancellations & Order Changes

At HAUS OF KAKE, every order is handcrafted with care, time, and premium ingredients. To ensure a smooth experience and fairness to all clients, the following terms apply to all bookings once confirmed.

Booking Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Work on your cake does not begin until this payment is received. Final payment is due 7 days before collection or delivery.

Order Changes

We understand that plans may shift. If you need to make adjustments to your order (flavour, size, design, or event date), please get in touch as soon as possible.

  • Changes can be made up to 7 days before your event, subject to availability.

  • Changes requested within 7 days of the event cannot be guaranteed and may not be accepted.

If any elements of your order have already been prepared or purchased, additional charges may apply.

Rescheduling

If you need to move your event date:

  • Bookings may be transferred to a new date within 12 months, depending on availability.

  • A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to transfer your order without forfeiting your deposit.
