How far in advance should I book?

Due to limited capacity and the custom nature of each design, we recommend booking 2–8 weeks in advance, and longer for weddings or peak seasons. Last-minute requests may be accepted if availability allows.

How do I place an order?

Simply submit an enquiry form with your event date, size, flavour preferences, and inspiration. Once reviewed, you will receive a personalised quote and next steps.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 7 days before collection or delivery.

Can you recreate a design I’ve seen online?

We welcome inspiration images, however, every cake is recreated in our signature style. This ensures your cake remains unique, refined, and cohesive with our aesthetic.

Do you offer fondant cakes?

At this time, all designs are crafted using premium buttercream. Fondant decorative elements may be incorporated when required.

How many people will the cake serve?

Serving guides are approximate and depend on how the cake is portioned. Standard serving charts are available upon request.

Do you offer tasting boxes?

Tastings are available for wedding clients and select large custom orders. Bookings are essential.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Some dietary requests may be accommodated; however, all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens and may contain traces. 

Are your cakes halal?

Yes — our cakes are made with halal ingredients. Please enquire if you have specific requirements.

Do you deliver?

Yes — delivery is available for an additional fee and is calculated based on location and venue access. Wedding delivery and setup are highly recommended.

Can I collect my cake?

Collection is available at an agreed time. Once collected, safe handling and transport become the client’s responsibility.

How should I store the cake before serving?

Cakes should be refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving. They are best enjoyed at room temperature.
